Nouman Prince Elvin
Executive Director
Came to Mae Sai in 2013 as a student at the Kingdom Mission Training Centre and now leads KMI’s work across Thailand and the region.
KMI-Foundation Thailand is a registered Christian charity (registration no. CR 2/2566) based in Mae Sai, Chiang Rai, at Thailand’s northern border with Myanmar and Laos. It has served local children, families and churches since 2012 through free education, school partnerships, community care and volunteer programmes.

Mae Sai is the northernmost town in Thailand, a busy border crossing to Tachileik in Myanmar and a short drive from Laos. Thai families, hill-tribe villages and many Burmese migrants live side by side here — and many young people grow up with few chances to study or find good work.
KMI-Foundation Thailand is the Thai foundation of Kingdom Mission International, a missions network that trains and sends local leaders across Thailand, Myanmar, Laos and Pakistan. In Mae Sai, that faith takes practical shape: free classes, school partnerships, care for families in crisis, and partnership with local churches.
We are Christians, and we serve everyone. Our classes and help are free and never depend on what someone believes.
Kingdom Mission International begins serving in Mae Sai, including the Kingdom Mission Training Centre for local and regional leaders.
Nouman Prince Elvin arrives from Pakistan as a student at the training centre — today he leads the work.
Christmas programmes with local churches such as Shaloom Church bring the community together.
The foundation is registered in Thailand as Kingdom Mission International Foundation (no. CR 2/2566).
Floods in September bury our centre in mud. Neighbours and partners help us clean, rebuild and feed flood-affected families.
We dedicate a new headquarters in Mae Sai and grow our partnership with Ban Sanmana School.
Free after-school classes expand, and we help Ban Sanmana School launch its English Program with the Chiang Rai education office.
We follow Jesus by meeting real needs — a class, a meal, a friend — for anyone, of any faith or none.
English, computer and practical skills give young people at the border real choices for their future.
We serve alongside Thai churches and leaders, so the work belongs to the community and lasts.
We are a registered foundation, we honour Thai law and culture, and we handle every gift with care.
A small Thai and international team, supported by volunteers, partner churches and our board.
