Kingdom Mission International Foundation (“KMI-Foundation Thailand”, “we”) respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through our forms, email, WhatsApp or LINE: for example your name, contact details, age, country, and the information in a volunteer application (experience, faith background, CV and video links).

Why we use it

To reply to your message and register you for classes.
To assess volunteer and mission-team applications and prepare visa documents for accepted volunteers.
To issue receipts and thank donors.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Forms you start may be saved in your own browser so you don’t lose your answers; this stays on your device.

Who sees it

Only KMI-Foundation Thailand staff and, where needed, Kingdom Mission International leaders who help process applications. We keep application data for up to two years, or longer if you serve with us.

Your rights
